Requirements of ‘Authorised Internet Dealer’

• A minimum of three trained personnel available for sales support.
• A minimum of three trained personnel available for technical and installation support.
• A fully operating showroom with at least 75% of Kährs brochure range on display.
• Brochure and sample service.
• Own warehouse with a minimum range of 50 Kährs floors, a minimum Kährs stock level of 10,000m²,
   coupled with a full range of Kährs accessories and maintenance products.
• Deliveries direct from own warehouse to the consumer.
• Own complaints procedure backed up by an internal quality control system
• Open to a random audit by a representative of Kährs.
