FYRISHOV FENCING HALL
Fyrishov Fencing Hall has seven courses, including one of Sweden’s largest facilities for fencing. Rented by Uppsala Fencing Association and used by Uppsala modern pentathlon, the venue has hosted several Swedish Championships. The speed, agility and balance required for the sport imposes high demands on the floor. As a result, Oak Activity Floor was installed during a recent refurbishment. Its natural construction and energy absorption properties counteract potential injuries when running, landing or falling during intense activity, making it ideal for fencing.
