If you are a consumer and wish to file a claim for a Kährs product, please contact the place of purchase, which could be a store, flooring contractor, or builder. Our customer will assess the issue or damage and, in complex cases, consult with us.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act and the Consumer Services Act, the point of purchase is responsible for handling a product-related claim. As the supplier, we have agreements regulating our relationship with our customer. Therefore, you should contact your point of purchase for any questions regarding the product you bought.

If you are a retailer selling our products through a store or project, you are responsible for handling claims from your customers. As a retailer, you must always conduct an initial visit and inspection to gather the necessary information before starting the claims process.
As a retailer, you must submit a claim request by filling out Kährs' claim notification form via the provided link. All required information must be entered at once, as a partially completed registration cannot be saved and resumed later.
We recommend using Google Chrome as your internet browser when registering a claim.

Claims will only be processed through the online form on our website and not via email.
If a claim has been submitted and, upon inspection and/or action, it is determined to be an installation-related issue, linked to the subfloor, or based on incorrect information, Kährs will discontinue further action. In such cases, Kährs reserves the right to charge our retailer a one-time fee of SEK 5000, plus any applicable travel and material shipping costs.
Select your customer category to begin the registration. Your customer number starts with SE, followed by 5 or 6 digits.

Kährs order number starts with 0010, followed by six digits, or 10, followed by seven digits. The invoice number starts with 10, followed by seven digits.

Please note that the Kährs article number consists of 15 characters. 2-strip and 3-strip products may end with ...KW 0. Between KW and 0, two spaces are used, or alternatively, KW240 is written without spaces (e.g., 153N38EK09KW 0 or 153N38EK09KW240).
The Karelia article number consists of 13 digits and generally starts with 643811....
At least two images or videos must be attached: a close-up and an overview showing where in the room the damage is in relation to door frames, walls, and other fixed objects.
In the overview images, it is important to capture all four walls and include a marking indicating where the damage is, and the close-up should show what the damage looks like.
Please note that these files must not exceed 35 MB in total.
If a consumer has purchased the floor, upload an image of the consumer's receipt. If an inspection report is available, it should be included with the claim.
